Teelt is a community, a safe place for young people with a chronic illness who wish to discuss freely.
A website with daily value
Icade, a real estate company managing business parks, wanted a modern, user-friendly website that served both current tenants and potential clients.
Their parks offer more than just office spaces—they’re ecosystems with restaurants, sports facilities, meeting spaces, and daily services like childcare and grocery delivery. The goal? Enhance clarity, improve user experience, and simplify navigation for businesses and professionals.
A Fresh Look for a Stale Brand
Initially, the task was clear: redesign the user experience and create a scalable Webflow template for their internal teams. After mapping out the site structure and validating wireframes, one challenge became obvious—how to make a sleek, modern site with an outdated brand?
The solution? Convince them to refresh their identity. Luckily, they were open to change. The next step was a brand refresh, striking a balance between modernization and preserving key visual elements. After several proposals, we aligned on a refined brand direction, complete with a mini brand book to set the foundation for the site’s design.
Bringing it all to life
With the updated brand in place, it was time to integrate it across all wireframes—making sure every page felt consistent and user-friendly. The final step? Building the entire site on Webflow. Since I had anticipated many of the design decisions early on, the development phase was streamlined—adjusting colors, tweaking layouts, and refining typography before launching the final site.
This was my first end-to-end project, from strategy to launch. Despite a few twists along the way, the collaboration between Icade, Clint’s team, and myself was smooth, built on trust, and resulted in a successful, future-proof platform.
