The Surf Tribe creates and organises unique surf adventures around the world, and they asked me to shape the beginning of their customer journey through their website.
How to start the adventure from your bedroom?
The goal? Make people dream before they even pack their bags.
The idea was simple: capture the visitor’s imagination from the very first second, make them want to click Book now before they even start wondering if this trip is a good idea.
The Surf House, founded by Gian, Stefano, and Riccardo, offers two types of trips: adventures and surf houses.
Our collaboration started with one clear mission: redesign their product pages to improve the user experience (especially on mobile) and boost conversion rates.
Refresh the vibe, clarify the journey
To make it work, the brand itself needed a little refresh.
The goal was to clarify the information, simplify navigation, and make the brand identity more aligned with their target audience, passionate travelers willing to invest in high-end surf experiences around the world.
I redesigned the visual style, information hierarchy, and overall page layout, focusing on two key things: immersion and conversion.
From design to Webflow
Once the designs were approved, it was time to bring them to life.
I developed the new templates directly within their Webflow site and created a comprehensive style guide to make future updates seamless.
Their team can now easily duplicate and adapt these templates for the twenty-plus trips they offer, without relying on a designer every time.
