From a duo to a full-service agency
Zoé & Clément started as a simple collaboration between a no-code developer and a designer on a client project. What began as a one-time partnership quickly grew into a micro-agency serving over 20 clients, all facing the same challenge: building an app quickly, affordably, and from A to Z—including product design, branding, development, and app store deployment.
The agency took shape as I transitioned from freelancing to post-graduate work, offering me a 360° view of product creation while pushing me beyond my usual scope. We didn’t just build apps; we guided clients from ideation to launch, helping them prioritize features and understand the value of an MVP.
Crafting a process from scratch
Most clients came to us with an idea but no concrete plan. Our role was to analyze their product, market, and challenges, pushing them to refine their vision beyond initial assumptions. Since many were launching their first app—or even their first business—we also played a coaching role, helping them anticipate obstacles and structure their product roadmap.
The biggest challenge? Building an efficient workflow with little prior agency experience. We had to create project management processes from scratch, balancing structure and flexibility. Over time, we refined our methodology, eventually delivering fully functional apps in just 35 days.
A transformating experience
After working on diverse projects, we decided to pursue different paths—for me, that meant deepening my expertise in creative branding and joining teams working on larger-scale projects.
This journey was more than just building apps. It taught us project and client management, product expertise, efficiency, sales strategies, and how to create an offer that truly meets market needs. It was a fast-paced, hands-on learning experience that shaped how I approach product design today.
